Terms of service

These terms govern every order placed on this site. Placing an order means accepting them. They are available before you order and can be saved.

1. Seller

2. Products

VITA is a powdered food supplement, sold in pouches of sticks. Composition, nutrition values and the ingredient list appear on the product page and on the packaging.

The atmospheric photographs illustrate the ingredients and are not contractual. The three-dimensional pouch is a rendering; the physical packaging may differ slightly.

3. Prices

Prices are in Moroccan dirhams, all taxes included, excluding delivery. Delivery is calculated at checkout from the city you give, and shown before you confirm.

The price that applies is the one displayed when you confirm.

4. Orders

An order is placed once you confirm the summary and give your delivery details. You are then given an order reference, shown on screen.

Orders are for reasonable personal quantities. Orders evidently intended for resale may be refused.

5. Payment

Cash on delivery is available anywhere in Morocco, with no additional collection fee.

Card payment is offered when the payment provider is active. No card details pass through or are stored on this site: they are entered with the provider.

We may call you to confirm a cash-on-delivery order before it ships.

6. Delivery

Shipped from Casablanca, delivered anywhere in Morocco. Rates by zone:

• Casablanca: 25 MAD
• Major cities: 35 MAD
• Rest of Morocco: 45 MAD

Stated lead times are indicative and run from order confirmation.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under law 31-08 you have 7 days from delivery to withdraw, without giving a reason. Return postage is yours.

The product must come back unopened and in its original condition. Details are in our returns policy.

8. Complaints

Write to contact@vita.ma with your order reference. We answer within one working day.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the courts of the seller’s registered office have jurisdiction.
