Refund policy

You have the 7-day statutory right of withdrawal under law 31-08. Here is how to use it, and what we do if a parcel arrives damaged or wrong.

Right of withdrawal

You have 7 days from delivery to withdraw, without giving a reason. Email contact@vita.ma with your order reference.

The product must come back unopened and in its original condition. Return postage is yours.

Refunds are made within 14 days of the return reaching us, by the method you tell us.

Damaged parcel or wrong item

If the parcel arrives damaged or does not match your order, send us a photo. We replace or refund, your choice, at no cost to you.

Cancelling before dispatch

An order can be cancelled until it ships. Email contact@vita.ma with your reference: cancellation is immediate and nothing is charged.
